Building Bird Nests is a creative and interactive activity that encourages participants to explore how birds use natural materials to create shelter and raise their young. In this workshop participants use gathered natural items to experiment with constructing their own nests while learning about local bird species of the ACT and region as well as nesting behaviours and habitat needs of different species.
